A fix has been implemented, and proved to be resolved. We will continue monitor the situation.

We are actively importing a fix for BTC payments when mempool.space is not returning, we will fallback to blockstream.info

We are investigating this issue, and found the root cause to be our Bitcoin monitor, which uses mempool.space, while Litecoin, Ethereum and Tron networks are still active.
